Shareholders are referred to the announcement released on 9 January 2014 regarding the Company’s Financial Reporting Schedule for the 2014 calendar year and are advised that the Financial Reporting Schedule has been revised as set out in the table below. The Revised Financial Reporting Schedule for the 2014 calendar year has been notified to the Romanian Financial Supervisory Authority (“RFSA”) and the Bucharest Stock Exchange (“BVB”) as required by the BVB Rulebook.
