Focus Mall Zielona Góra shows how retail can bring new life to towns and cities.
Once home to Polska Wełna, one of Poland’s largest wool production factories and a major regional employer, this site stood unused for nearly a decade after the factory closed in 1999.
In 2008, NEPI Rockcastle redeveloped it into Focus Mall, a modern retail and leisure destination that retains the heritage and character of its industrial past. Today, the centre supports approximately 1,900 jobs, serves as a daily meeting point for the local community and hosts 162 brands.

Focus Mall’s role goes beyond retail. Together with our local partners, we support initiatives across education, health and wellbeing, environmental responsibility, and social inclusion; including initiatives ranging from preventive health screenings and blood donation drives to youth workshops, recycling campaigns, and support for local charities.
We ensure that Focus Mall remains part of everyday city life by opening our spaces to our community and contributing to the long-term development of the region.
