NEPI Rockcastle accelerates Arena Centar transformation with a newly refurbished food court
We unveiled a fully refurbished food court at Arena Centar in Zagreb, marking a key milestone in the centre’s 20,000 sqm transformation and strengthening its position as a leading retail and leisure destination.
🥙 Spanning 3,500 sqm, the new space introduces a redesigned dining experience and a stronger mix of concepts, combining established operators with new entrants, including Purple Monkey, Meatless and Curry Bowl.
The upcoming debut of Taco Bell in Croatia further elevates the offer and reinforces the centre’s international appeal.
The new food court, designed by the young architectural studio OCD, doubled its capacity from 300 to 600 seats, significantly improving functionality and visitor comfort while enhancing the overall customer experience.
This multi-phase investment reflects NEPI Rockcastle’s active asset management strategy focused on unlocking long-term value across its portfolio. By reconfiguring space within Arena Centar and relocating the food court, we enhance operational efficiency while creating new leasing opportunities that support the centre’s ongoing evolution in line with changing retail and F&B demand.
