Community Levelengagement: focus on people, visiting the malls and living in the nearby communities, by supporting initiatives in education, entertainment and local community development. By working closely with local stakeholders, like local NGO’s or local authorities, the Group ensures its CSR projects create meaningful, lasting impact.

In our recently published SocialStory, we showcase how our developments drive measurable social engagement, strengthen infrastructure, expand access and accelerate long-term growth. Each story moves beyond retail, demonstrating how we regenerate urban areas and back the people who bring them to life.
We begin in Craiova, Romania, with one of our most representative city-level regeneration story created in the last two years.
We redefined the undeveloped part of the city, delivering essential infrastructure, including a nearly one-kilometre boulevard that connects key districts, improves traffic flow and unlocks access across the city and included cycling path connecting city center with our mall.
Today, Promenada Craiova generates around 1,300 jobs, extending its reach far beyond the city’s population. It acts as a regional destination and a daily touchpoint for residents, bringing together retail, leisure and community life in one place, while supporting local businesses and creating new opportunities.
