A first for NEPI Rockcastle’s portfolio. Danish retailer NORMAL A/S has chosen NEPI Rockcastle for its debut in the CEE region
First openings are happening this week in Romania: Mega Mall, Bucharest, today, 30th September, followed by Shopping City Timisoara, starting Friday, 2nd October.
Romania becomes NORMAL’s 14th European market, bringing the brand’s distinctive retail concept to Bucharest and Timisoara with a fun, ever-changing mix of well-known brands, everyday essentials and new discoveries.
Spanning 311sqm GLA at Mega Mall Bucharest and 445sqm GLA at Shopping City Timișoara, NORMAL’s new stores invite shoppers to discover an assortment of 3,500 products from popular brands.
The concept: A visit to NORMAL is more like a treasure hunt than a traditional shopping experience, inviting customers to discover well-known beauty, savory brands and exclusive Korean and Japanese beauty, Asian favourites, body and hair care, make-up and trusted everyday essentials.
Mega Mall is one of Bucharest’s largest destinations: more than 75,900 sqm GLA, over 200 stores, and close to 1 million people within a 30-minute drive.
Shopping City Timisoara is a 57,000 sqm regional mall in western Romania, close to Hungary and Serbia, with 350,000 people in the same catchment.
