Shareholders are referred to the announcement regarding the proposed development of the Victoria City Centre shopping centre released on 17 November 2011.
In that announcement shareholders were advised that the proposed development is subject to the shareholders of the development company, being NE Property Cooperatief U.A. (NEPI`s wholly-owned subsidiary), Kitma Holdings Limited and Grenoui Holdings Limited, approving a project development plan at a general meeting of the shareholders of the development company on 20 December 2011.
The shareholders of the development company were not able to finalise a project development plan in accordance with the set timetable for the transaction to propose the project development plan to the general meeting of shareholders on 20 December 2011 and have agreed to postpone the general meeting to consider the project development plan to a date not later than 28 February 2012.
