As stated in the circular issued to NEPI shareholders on 8 July 2013 relating to a rights offer to NEPI shareholders Mr Jeffrey Zidel intends to follow 31 660 of his total rights. In addition shareholders are advised that Hollyrood Investments (Pty) Limited and Optimprops 3 (Pty) Limited, of which Mr Des de Beer is a beneficiary, intend following respectively 80 000 and 200 000 of their rights.
